Great article, loved the reasoning for the Flusterstorm as well as all the non-4-ofs.
From the comments:
That's actually a big reason why I lost the second game on camera against Aluren - I didn't realize how effective his mediocre beats were.
Apparently I need to break out the Plague Spitter again.

Grats again Greg!
Apparently I need to break out the Plague Spitter again.
Card is too strong! (is still a house vs Tribals, like it was back in 2005)

At a recent Legacy tournament, I faced a guy running a list very similar to this -- same breakdown on the Hymns / Thoughtseizes, if I recall, but I didn't see a TNN or a Tombstalker -- and it wrecked my face. (I chatted him up after our match a little; I wanted to pick his brain about his discard suite, since he seemed to always have exactly what he needed when he needed it. The power of shaving numbers, ladies and gentlemen.) It didn't hurt that the pilot pretty much ran circles around me all match long -- he was a much stronger player than me -- but it's amazing what _just enough_ Hymn in a deck can do. Really fascinating breakdown on mainboard choices, and a deck that seems like it strongly rewards strategic play.
