Fate Unraveler is another Underworld Dreams effect that can also turn sideways.

Seizan, Perverter of Truth and Nekusar are best friends forever.

Master of Cruelties seems kind of useless here. It's mostly a 1/4 wall, and I think it would be better served as one of the above creatures.

I'm also not all that sold on either Niv-Mizzet since they don't really help your plan A all that much, and you're certainly not looking to Niv combo for the win.

I've never really been a fan of Wheel of Fate since your opponents see it coming - maybe something like Skyscribing is a better choice?

Hmmm, never thought about Fate Unraveler. Seizan I'm definitely putting in now. Master of Cruelties has a good theory behind, but I guess there are better cards. I'm also looking at that new blue howling mine card coming up in JOU. Thanks for your suggestions.

Yeah, I've had bad experiences with Wheel of Fate in 1v1 casual not to mention in multiplayer when there are 500 turns before it resolves. The board will probably get wiped twice or someone will go infinite before it resolves.

I don't like Dragon Mage. Too expensive. Too fragile. Everyone sees it coming. By the time it comes, it either gets killed/blocked/dies if the ability is favorable for you or is allowed to connect if the ability is more favorable for an opponent.

Urza's Guilt is not awful with Dreams/Megrim strategy.
Whirlpool Warrior gives you another effect in a dork.

The new flash Howling Mine seems good, better than Howling Mine because you can EOT it and both avoid tapping out and also get the first card off it.

But I would play artifact recursion and spell recursion before playing sub-par version of your "everyone draw" spells, since if you don't have the right permanents out they are usually better for everyone else than for you. Howling Mine in particular is awful. Prosperity is good if you are going to kill with it that turn, otherwise you just tap out to deal some amount of damage while everyone else gets to play a million cards and kill you. Skyscrybing might be better for that reason, since you can just sandbag it in your hand and Forecast for several turns until you are ready to set up a kill. Anyway, as for recursion, Argivian Restoration and such lets you reuse Memory Jar or get back some key artifacts, Spelltwine, Snapcaster Mage and friends let you reuse the really good discard/draw spells instead of having to run the worse ones while also doubling as ways to reuse profit spells. More utility. Artifact recursion may not be worth it, but spell recursion probably is.
