Greetings, y'all.
The Spring Legacy Classic is here again, but this time, the top prize is an Unlimited Mox! This tournament is located in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, which is only about 2 hours north of Seattle, Washington. The date of the tournament is Saturday, MAY 10th 2014
Entrance fee will likely be $40 to support of prize pool of something like this:
1st: Unlimited Mox Ruby
2nd: 2x Force of Will
3rd: 1x Force of Will
4th: 1x Force of Will
5th: 1x Flooded Strand
6th: 1x Flooded Strand
7th: 1x Flooded Strand
8th: 1x Flooded Strand
Important tournament details:
-Tournament will start at 10:30 am, registration will start at 9:30am. $40 entrance. US cash is welcome at par, you don't need CDN cash! Free coffee and donuts while they last during registration, since I know traveling for tournament can be a pain.
-Border stuff: To cross the border into Canada, you need either a Passport or Enhanced Driver's License. Look up your local DMV to see how you can get the EDL. It's cheaper and faster than getting a passport. Since it's 3+ weeks to the event, you might also be able to renew your passport if you rush the process. Also, please be reminded to look up the Canadian Border services website for what you can and cannot bring across the border. Just remember than in case you're a weapon owner, you can't take anything across the border.
-Tournament will be run unsanctioned in response to a request that would allow a WotC employee to play, albeit using competitive REL enforcement and still requiring no proxies. If you would no longer attend given this, please PM me.
-If you need cards to play, or have cards to get rid of, I have and am always looking for staples to host further tournaments with. Bring some trade stuff!
-Prize support is guaranteed for 30 people, listed prize support is for about 35. If we get more than 50 people, which is expected, I will upgrade support to make sure more people get prizes! If we get more than 40 people, but not 50, I'll still bump support to 9th and then random prizes for non Top 9'ers!

-Location is at "Craving for a Game" gaming store in Surrey, British Columbia: 10153 King George Hwy, Surrey, BC V3T 2W1. This is located in Central City Mall on the corner of 100th and King George Highway (also called King George Boulevard). For easy access, park on the roof and enter near "The Brick" and "Bed Bath and Beyond". Parking is free and plentiful.
-There's also a food court and many washroom facilities.
-The drinking age in Canada is 19 years old. There's a pub just 2 minutes away in the mall itself. We'll be attending after the tournament!

-There are tons of nearby hotels. Some of them include:

Days Inn - ~70
Surrey Central Inn - $65
