opinion on a possible trade

Hi guys. As the title says i would like your opinion on a trade i am thinking to make.

My cards: 1xDark Confidant (ravnica) VG-EX condition (we priced him at EX)
1x temple of malice NM

His cards: 4x Blood crypt (RTR) VG-EX condition
1x Aether vial NM (darksteel),
1x Chalice of the void VG condition
1x thoughtseize (from theros in NM condition but has a blue mark on the front side from a pro tour i think)
1x Master of the feast NM
4x flickerwisp (they don't even matter money wise)


My goal is not to complete playsets but, actually, to make some money on the lands, master of the feast and thoughtseize when they go up. I know that they are not in a very good condition (except master), especially in regards to the price of the card I will give. The rest of the cards (minus flickerwisps) could be traded right away at a decent price. So what do you think? Am I trading down too much?

My opinion is I would rather have the Dark Confidant. Most of his cards are not NM and will heavily affect trading them. Dark Confidant is sought after no matter what. If all his stuff was NM I would say do it.

My dark confidant, to be honest, (which is my 5th one) is quite beat up. it has scratches on the back and has vertical lines on the top because of heavy bending. Also the surface isn't smooth and clean anymore. Personally i wouldn't trade for such a bad copy of an expensive card and this is why i am thinking to give it away.

IMHO

This trade is peanuts and no one is really making money off the other guy. If you really want to make money. The question is how do you actually converted the cardboard to cash. Certainly you can't sell for scg. And for the quality of cards you have, you're lucky to get 75% of retail.

Who is actually going to pay you for cardboard and how much and what is the cost to you.

Tldr: this is a peanuts trade, who cares... What's the best u can do +/-5 bucks?
