Dragon Tribal Deck

My shot at a mono red dragon tribal deck.

4 Furnace Whelp
4 Scourge of Valkas
4 Moltensteel Dragon
4 Kilnmouth Dragon

4 Lightning Bolt
4 Earthquake
4 Bonfire of the Damned
4 Seething Song
4 Mana Flare

4 Ancient Tomb
20 Mountain

The idea is to win with an amplified Kilnmouth while pinging with Scourge. I do have Thundermaw Hellkite and Stormbreath Dragon, but I'd rather not eviscerate my competitive decks for a casual build. Earthquake and Bonfire are my attempts at compensating my opponent's access to Mana Flare.

Is Bogardan Hellkite too slow? Why no love for Steel Hellkite? Please, don't play Furnace Whelp in a deck with SSong. I dont think it's strong enough play to ramp/rite into 2/2 bird.
What's your metagame, is it a kitchen table field? Because there are some dragons that shout "play me!" if only you hear them. E.g. Furnace Dragon seems prety good if people use manarocks acceleration and/or equips. I guess that in this case you'd need to play some artifacts of your own, lets say Great Furnace at the very least. (Or Hellkite Tyrant.) Hunted Dragon is nice undercosted beater, if you don't want to dismantle your Stormbreath.dec, maybe pair it with Aether Flash esp. if your meta is full of elves and such. Moonveil Dragon is interesting way how to spend your excess mana. Rakdos Pit Dragon is a well-known dragon, but I guess it won't work well with the deck.

Nom atter what, I like the idea. I also wanted to build a casual dragon deck, but I was overwhelmed by the possibilities. :laugh:
