Hellafun and hellannoying at my local FNM. Feel free to rip this for your own use.
4 Figure of Destiny
2 Obsidian Fireheart
4 Demigod of Revenge
2 Inferno Titan
4 Lightning Bolt
2 Burst Lightning
2 Faithless Looting
1 Bonfire of the Damned
1 Banefire
2 Mind Stone
2 Volcanic Fallout
4 Molten Rain
3 Roiling Terrain
3 Koth of the Hammer
1 Chandra Ablaze
17 Mountain
4 Cavern of Souls
2 Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle
Sideboard:
2 Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs
2 Relic of Progenitus
2 Vandalblast
2 Reverberate
3 Anger of the Gods
2 Sowing Salt
2 Burning Earth
No Blood Moon? I have a good reason; locals are packing more basic lands these days, dampening the moon's overall usefulness. Koth's -2 works well with Obsidian Fireheart's ability. I've picked Demigod as my top-end thread due to its ability to recruit other Demigods from the graveyard.

Isn't Anger of the Gods just straight better than Volcanic Fallout right now?
No Avalanche Rider to fit the theme of your deck?
Cut most of the terrible creatures, add Wildfires. Add Magnavore. Win.

That would be tempting, but I get more reach out of these creatures since they don't fold to Relic of Progenitus. Besides, Wildfire takes too long to fire off without Grim Monoliths and the like.
No Riders here. His 2/2 is paltry compared to Demigod or Titan. There's lots of counters at the moment, hence mainboard Fallout. As you can tell, I switch sweepers as needed.

How much damage are you typically doing with Roiling Terrain? Would Stone Rain be better in its place?
I'll echo the Anger of the Gods for Volcanic Fallout switch - the uncounterability of Fallout isn't typically relevant in matches where you actually want to cast it, and the exile effect is definitely relevant vs. Pod.
What's the deal with Cavern of Souls? It seems like your deck wants access to RRRRR right on turn 5, which restricts you to naming spirit or avatar with early caverns...but you also potentially need RRR for Obsidian Fireheart on turn 4 and it is neither of those types. Cavern is also 100% useless for "leveling up" a Figure of Destiny, or dumping into an unblocked Inferno Titan. It's not a mountain for Koth or Valakut either. If you're looking for non-mountain utility lands, Teetering Peaks and Ghitu Encampment are decent options. Hell, even Tectonic Edge seems to play better with your overall game plan than Cavern.
Is Banefire really worth its slot? Devil's Play is reusable, and a second Bonfire could also be quite excellent. Banefire is essentially ~5 to the dome in modern given the speed of other decks...so is Lava Axe something you want in your deck?
I guess the point I'm trying to make here is that you seem to place a high value on "can't be countered", and as a result you might be handicapping your deck.

Thanks for the robust critique! I'll tool around with the deck and see what I come up with, based on your suggestions.

Chandra, the Firebrand's -2 seems awesome with the LD spells.
