1) Take dragonstompy
2) Cut the bad cards
3) Add splintertwin combo

Pretty fun goldfish; threw a list together after theory-crafting it with a friend.

4 Pestermite
4 Splinter Twin
2 Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker

Volcanic should probably be a one of with 8 Moon effects in the.deck. Sucks that you can only play 4 Scalding Tarns.

1) Take dragonstompy
2) Add another color to your 8BloodMoon.dec
3) Cut the threats to jam in a 2-card creature combo whose pieces are relatively useless on their own in a deck with no card manipulation.
4) ???
5) Don't profit.

I wouldn't start with a Stompy shell for this combo. What I would start with is this:
8 Sol lands
4 Petal
4 Simian Spirit Guide
2-4 Imperial Recruiter
14 combo pieces (not keen on 4 Kikis)
4 Misdirection or spellskite to provide protection for all the Abrupt Decays running around the place.
Fill the rest with card draw, counter spells and lands.

Sideboard
4 Moons (magus would work better with recruiter)
Spot removal for Thalia, Meddling Mage and Cannonist (when you want to do it all in one turn)
Bounce for those annoying enchantments and artifacts
Something for Miracles, not sure what yet.

There's always Zealous Conscripts if you wanted to go mono red. It's slower than Pestermite or Exarch, but with a Stompy shell, I don't know if it would matter.

It still would probably be a pain in the ass to get the combo together without any reliable tutors though.

Of course, there's always Birthing Pod.

Hound of Griselbrand
Pod, Sac Hound
Get Conscripts, Untap Pod
Sac Hound
Get Kiki Jiki
Win

Dunno how fast or reliable it would be, but it looks sort of fun.

Bad Modern Combo is Bad Modern Combo in Legacy

The only thing I'd take from Modern that doesn't see much play in Legacy is *maybe* Pod. That's it.

Honestly, I'd be more inclined to put this in blue shell with Sol-lands than a red one. Blue is more inclined towards library manipulation and you can play Pestermite and Deceiver Exarch naturally anyways, and you can easily run free counters with the same shell utilizing only Chalice or so. Show and Tell-like shell with splashing the double red for Twin seems like a better combo shell even if splashing RR is kind of tricky.
