Greetings, y'all.
The Summer Legacy Classic is here again, but this time, the top prize is an Unlimited Power 9 (Mox Pearl)! This tournament is located in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, which is only about 2 hours north of Seattle, Washington. The date of the tournament is Saturday, JULY 19th 2014
Entrance fee will likely be $40 to support of prize pool of something like this:
1st: Unlimited Mox Pearl
2nd: 2x Force of Will or Duals
3rd: 1x Force of Will or Duals
4th: 1x Force of Will or Duals
5th: 1x Blue Fetchland or Duals
6th: 1x Blue Fetchland or Duals
7th: 1x Blue Fetchland or Duals
8th: 1x Blue Fetchland or Duals
9th-16th: Usually non-blue fetches/other $40 staples when we get over 50 people.
Important tournament details:
-Tournament will start at 10:30 am, registration will start at 9:30am. $40 CASH entrance. US cash is welcome at par, you don't need CDN cash!
-Location is at "The Connections" gaming store in Vancouver, British Columbia: 2945 Renfrew St, Vancouver, BC V5M 3K5. Phone number is (604) 327-4585. For parking, parking anywhere in the residential areas are fine as long as you do NOT park in the permit only spaces. Please watch the signs!
-Border stuff: To cross the border into Canada, you need either a Passport or Enhanced Driver's License. Look up your local DMV to see how you can get the EDL. It's cheaper and faster than getting a passport. Since it's 3+ weeks to the event, you might also be able to renew your passport if you rush the process. Also, please be reminded to look up the Canadian Border services website for what you can and cannot bring across the border. Just remember than in case you're a weapon owner, you can't take anything across the border.
-Tournament will be run unsanctioned in response to a request that would allow a WotC employee to play, albeit using competitive REL enforcement and still requiring no proxies. If you would no longer attend given this, please PM me.
-If you need cards to play, or have cards to get rid of, I have and am always looking for staples to host further tournaments with. Bring some trade stuff!
- I will upgrade support to make sure more people get prizes! Last time we had 68 people and prizes went down to Top 16 as Fetches and other $40 staples, and I will always upgrade support to match the amount of people, whether it be by upgrading duals to blue duals or fetches to blue fetches, etc.

-There is food nearby and on site!
-The drinking age in Canada is 19 years old. There's a pub not too far from the store. We'll be attending after the tournament!
