I'm sick and tired of losing against T1 Glass cannon combos like Belcher and Oops! All Spells! in the MTGO Legacy 2-man queue since these people don't allow me to play Magic.

The good thing is that said people often grind the 2-mans, hoping for cheap wins against Non-FoW decks. Revenge is sweet.

What I'm looking for now is a the creation of a (hatebear) deck that has its entire game plan build around annihilating said decks as much as possible since I know exactly what I'm up against when joining said 2-mans.

The obvious starting point is:

4 Force of Will
4 Daze
4 Brainstorm

Aside from that, everything is fair game, even stuff like MD Mindbreak Trap as I'm not going to use the deck against anything else.

Note: The cheaper the deck, the better. (MTGO prices)

Build like UW Hate bears. If you have duals or whatever. Thalia, Meddling Mage, Revoker. Maybe chrome mox to turn1 a bear. Probe so you know what to name with meddling mage in case you turn 1 it

I think your best bet is a delver deck. You already want a blue based deck, you want to play lots of istant spells, you need to put serious clock on your opponent before they rebuild their resources. If your goal is to steamroll combo, while having a decent shot vs other decks, try this:

2 Phyrexian Dreadnought
1 Trinket Mage
4 Delver of Secrets
3 Tarmogoyf
2 Flusterstorm
2 Spell Snare
1 Spell Pierce
1 Ponder
4 Brainstorm
4 Force of Will
4 Punishing Fire
4 Stifle
3 Standstill
2 Jace, the Mind Sculptor
1 Engineered Explosives
1 Sensei's Divining Top
1 Academy Ruins
1 Tropical Island
3 Island
3 Mishra's Factory
3 Scalding Tarn
4 Grove of the Burnwillows
4 Misty Rainforest
4 Volcanic Island

Idea number 1:

4 Tundra
2 Plains
8 Island
4 Flooded Strand
18 Lands

Creatures
4 Ethersworn Canonist
4 Delver of Secrets
4 Meddling Mage
12 Creatures

Spells
4 Force of Will
4 Swords to Plowshares
4 Daze
2 Spell Pierce
4 Brainstorm
4 Ponder
4 Preordain
4 Gitaxian Probe

Uw delver !
Hate bears plus counters.

Idea number 2:

Lands
4 Ancient Tomb
16 Plains
20 Lands

Creatures
4 Phyrexian Revoker
4 Ethersworn Canonist
4 Elvish Spirit Guide
4 Hero of Bladehold
4 Simian Spirit Guide
20 Creatures

Spells
4 Rest in Peace
4 Pithing Needle
4 Lotus Petal
4 Mox Opal
4 Ratchet Bomb

Here we are looking to drop a hate card as fast as possible. Belcher? Turn 1 needle charbelcher, if they go empty the warrens, Ratchet bomb. Oops all spells is dealt with rest in peace turn 1, but you cant do nothing if they go off and you are on the draw!

Or: prison. Against Turn 1 win, you still need Force, but after that, you can run Chalice of the Void, Sphere of Resistance/Thorn of Amethyst/ Thalia, and other 2-drop prison pieces / Hatebears.
The Planeswalker Stax list with 4 FoW and 4 Chalice is pretty beast, and doesn't roll over to much. I built a deck called "Balls of Steel" - basically T1 Chalice and Sphere that had a beastly combo MU, and it'll probably cost you $5 online to put the whole thing together. Depending on what Mox Opals and 2 Ancient Tombs go for.
Good luck!

play grixis delver with pyromancer if you want to destroy combo

4 Delver of secrets
4 Dark Confidant
4 Young Pyromancer

4 Brainstorm
4 Stifle
4 Cabal Therapy
4 Gitaxian Probe
4 Lightning Bolt
4 Daze
4 Force of will
2 Ponder

3 Ungerground Sea
3 Volcanic Island
8 Blue fetch
4 Wasteland

Best way to destroy lame combo decks are to attack from multiple angles.

Discard + Counters + Fast clock.

I'd advocate something along these lines if you're primary concern is combo. Perhaps switching Stifle to Thoughtseize or Hymn to Tourach. Stifle is a great card in Delver/Wasteland, but often times Stifle will not be as powerful as discard against Combo.

You could just play Hatebears with mainboard Silence (and some Orim's Chants perhaps?) with maybe some Lotus Petals or Elvish Spirit Guides or something if you want to speed things up. You might lose to some of their turn 1s by not playing Force of Will, but the risk can be mitigated with sideboard Mindbreak Traps or something.
Let your Oops opponent try to mill himself and Silence him in response to take the game. How's that for game one salt.

If you solely want to beat Belcher and Oops, Canonist / Thalia is probably good enough - especially if you can turn one one.

Canonist
Thalia
Revoker
Yixilid Jailer
Meddling Mage

Thoughtseizes?
Surgical Extractions?
etc

It's pretty easy to beat those decks if you want to. The problem is building a deck that still puts up a good fight elsewhere.

Competitively, stock RUG Delver is probably the closest thing as Force, Daze, Piece, and Stifle are all relevant cards and Delver/Goyf can present a clock. You might be able to start from there to brew.

If the point is that you're only going to be playing two-mans when you know exactly what you're going up against, then you can make multiple lists tailored to beat specific decks and not have to worry about hedging against a normal meta. This means you can, for example, main deck Extract since it singlehandedly beats most Oops decks.

Counter Sliver?

4 Force of Will
4 Daze
4 Brainstorm
4 Swords to Plowshares
4 Aether Vial

4 Galerider Sliver
4 Sinew Sliver
4 Predatory Sliver
4 Crystalline Sliver
3 Thalia, Guardian of Thraben
2 Harmonic Sliver

4 Wasteland
4 Cavern of Souls
3 Flooded Strand
3 Misty Rainforest
3 Tundra
2 Tropical Island

//Sideboard:
4 Meddling Mage
3 Mindbreak Trap
1 Thalia, Guardian of Thraben
2 Krosan Grip
2 Tormod's Crypt
2 Faerie Macabre
1 Hibernation Sliver

You could also play any of the UW hatebears lists above. The problem with bear decks (or Merfolk or whatever) is that Thalia comes down turn 2, which can be really really slow on the draw against Belcher. Force of Wills help, but why not just double down on the counter strategy. This next deck has to be by far the best deck in the format against turn 1 decks and is ridiculously cheap to build:

Mono U Martyr:

4 Force of Will
4 Daze
4 Disrupting Shoal
4 Flusterstorm

4 Nivmagus Elemental
4 Judge's Familiar
4 Cursecatcher
4 Martyr of Frost
3 Spellstutter Sprite
3 Ninja of the Deep Hours
4 Sky Hussar

2 Aether Vial
2 Snapback
1 Chain of Vapor

2 Wasteland
11 Island

//Sideboard:
3 Skaab Ruinator
2 Divert
2 Pithing Needle
3 Back to Basics
1 Spellstutter Sprite
3 Submerge
1 Ivory Tower

Yeah yeah yeah, this looks like a total pile, but this is the real deal. Good like trying to combo out against 12 free counterspells and 16 other daze effects. This is also amazingly fun to play.

Seriously, this deck is where you want to be

T1 Nivmagus
FoW or Daze or Shoal whatever they try to do.

T2 hold U open for the rest of the game
when they try to combo off, Flusterstorm at the right time, eating extra storm copies and making Nivmagus HELLA BIG
OH THX FOR BUILDING STORM COUNT IMA COUNTER YOUR BURNING WISH NOW
