I have ordered from them multiple times before. My orders take about 10 or so business days to get to me (I live in Texas), but it has always been securely packaged with tracking provided.

I use them a good bit, they are reliable and trustworthy. Shipping time usually depends on the size of the order (at least in my experience). I've only had one order lost in the ocean and they gave me a full refund.
