How often do Legacy Dailies fire

So because a friend obliged to lend me a deck on Modo I'm going to start playing again. I'm new to legacy on Modo so I don't know the community that well. I'm making this post to ask when do legacy dailies usually fire? Or is there even any sort of regularity to this?

They normally always fire unless it's a very weird time.

Does weird time include Eternal Weekend this weekend so people probably want to watch that instead?

E.g. the Legacy event at European noon time fails to fire sometimes during the week because people are working or sleeping, depending on your timezone.
