Dont play this deck. I'm seriously not trying to convince you this is in any way better than any other storm deck.

4 tarn
3 strand
3 volcanic
1 island
1 mountain

4 led
4 petal
4 simian spirit guide

4 rite of flame
4 desperate ritual
3 seething song

4 manamorphose
4 gitaxian probe

4 brainstorm
4 ponder

4 burning wish
3 empty the warrens
2 past in flames

Sideboard
Tendrils of agony
empty the warrens
Goblin Warstrike
infernal tutor

Add some disruption and your golden. Even though there is no maindeck tendrils you often kill with tendrils.

This deck is a blast to play.

How is this deck any improvement to Belcher or Oops, All Spells, if you don't plan to run protection or solutions to problematic permanents anyways? It's not that this deck can make up for the lack of protection with sheer speed like Belcher and Co.

The difference belcher or oops is it doesnt fold to force of will and can easily play through counters. It can use burning wish sooo much better because you have lands and brainstorm. It has less t1s but makes up with consistency and resilience. Mini empties early feel great with lands out and cantrips in hand. Problem permanents are dealt with post board or through wish.

you should consider Treasure Cruise as a means to refill your hand.

Tc might be a good wish target. Your graveyard is really important for pif so probably not maindeckable but who knows. I cant play these days so you should try it and let me know.

How want you play through counters? Your opponent is doing the mana-math, counters one of your rituals and you suddenly blew 3+ cards for nothing. It's the same problem belcher/Oops has without any chance to deal with protection on an acceptable base like storm does with it's discard. Lands + Brainstorm are no arguement for Wish if your target of choice is EtW as the card loses value with every turn in the game you waste sculpting your hand.

Yes of course there are times you gamble and the deck loses to counters. But sometimes having lands and cantrips and pif lets you get back in the game where belcher dies slowly. Trust me though if you have the nut with no protection i often land go until i know what im up against. Unlike belcher you dont have pressure to combo immediately. And of course the deck isnt perfect. No storm deck is. If you are interested just try it. you'll see it offers something different than other storm decks. It lets you attack from different angles, play sneaky, and surprise your opponent. Im not saying this deck is better than any other storm decks.. just saying its fun and strong. Ive had it sleeved up for a long time and I figured it was time I shared it since i think its worthy of conversation.

If you like to have lands and get back into the game on a single card, try playing Elves!. It lets you storm, it lets you smash face with little dudes and lets you... well... level continents... with topdecking NO/GSZ->Craterhoof Behemoth. Or just machinegun DRS your opponent to death. Plenty of angles of attack.

I kinda feel dirty just by looking at the topic's title. The name of your deck is kinda gross for the dirty of mind...

Sorry, this is nonsense. Why should you let your opponents make their landdrops, sculpt their hands and let them drop Counterbalance and shit just to see what you are "up against" if you have a turn 1 or turn 2 combo??

There is nothing like "surprise" in Legacy if you begin to fling RoFs and LEDs in front of your opponent. Everyone knows that at some poin PIF, EtW or Burning Wish will be cast then. There is nothing "sneaky" as storm is nit under the radar of the Legacy community and I can't see different angles either: Unless you have LED + Wish + PIF in addition to all the red mana required, you completely rely on EtW.

P.S.: I'm not interrested in that "It's totally different! You need to test it to understand it!" stuff in general. That shit drove me nuts in the "Legacy TPS" thread

Lemnear what do you think my goal is? I just wanted to share my deck, not have an unconstructive conversation with the most obnoxious poster on the source. Will it make you stay off my thread if I admit my deck sucks and all the other storm decks are better? fine. otherwise have fun tellin me I'm wrong I couldnt care less

Meh, he isn't obnoxious. He's mainly critical and, at times, harsh. Though, in my experience he isn't wrong all that often.

Your original post even mentions that you don't actually play legacy. Why should anyone respect your deck built for an imaginary meta with zero games played? He's being short with you because every reason you've given to play this deck doesn't actually make sense.

Just curious, why did you choose this name lol?

I only clicked on it because of the name I'll be honest. I look and see a modern deck in legacy that dies to tabernacle with LED's. You're giving up infinite not playing black in this deck not to mention maindeck protection spells? I see zero. You're just hoping your opponent is a moron, doesn't play stoneforge mystic, and that you make more than 8 goblins.
