I do the website for my LGS, and it occurred to me that I was basing all my decisions on what I want in a game store website. So without going into anything specific to this store, what do you like to see in a website for an LGS?

Current features:
* Blog with announcements for upcoming product releases and events
* Singles inventory
* Location (including map)
* Contact info (phone and email)
* Pictures of the store and its gaming space
* Detailed list of gaming space (number of tables and what size)
* Forum specifically for finding other people to game with

Currently working on:
* Full events calendar

- Decklists and results of past events, updated (the latest) 1-2 days after the event took place.
- Who is actually running the store?

Singles with singles casual encounters meeting board.

No really, as long as you have an up to date inventory online and event calendar, that's all a LGS needs for me.
If you do run larger tournaments, then quality and timely coverage would also be nice.

The biggest issue I've had with LGS websites is that their event calendar is hard to find/hard to navigate/incomplete/outdated. An easy to use, fully functional calendar would be my #1 priority.

Being able to look up when things are being held is second only to location/phone number as the most important information on a store's site. And keeping it up to date is also very important; too many stores only put up special events on their event list a week or two before they actually happen.
