Deck registration will be required upon registering for the tournament. You can find the pdf registration sheet here: http://www.wizards.com/dci/downloads/constructed_decklist.pdf or can pick one up upon arrival.

• Mr. Nice Guy Games, our associates, and tournament staff are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please only bring what you need for the event. All items brought to the event are at your own risk. Shoplifters will be prosecuted.
• Players may not advertise for other stores or websites at this event without permission of Mr. Nice Guy Games.
• Mr. Nice Guy Games is the exclusive dealer at this event. We will be buying and selling for cash or trade throughout this event. Buying and selling cards, merchandise, and services by players is strictly forbidden. Players attempting to buy, sell or solicit cash transactions or to lure players outside for cash transactions will be removed from the tournament without refund.
• Due to space, players are permitted to bring one bag to this event. This bag should be no larger than an airline carry-on bag.
This tournament will be judged by official DCI Judges and will follow official competitive level rules enforcement, guidelines, and penalties.
