Yeah I think there's some restriction. I asked a few shops here in Dalian about trials for Kyoto and was told they could only host them for GPs in mainland China.

I'm not sure about any restrictions. We have ours approved on WER so unless someone from wizards tells us otherwise, I believe that its allowed. I'll check with our rep again, but I have no reason to believe that this won't be allowed since we've done gpt's for other countries before.
