[SCD] Where did all the Snapcasters go?

Has Snapcaster Mage been relegated to modern now? I haven't seen or heard about it doing anything in legacy lately. I find that strange for such a powerful card.

Do any decks even use Snap anymore?

My opinion is that the card has never left. You just need to know where to look.

This thread doesn't really meet the guidelines for SCD threads as outlined here (http://www.mtgthesource.com/forums/showthread.php?15773-SCD-Single-Card-Discussions-Thread-Guidelines). I'm closing this thread for now since I don't see anything useful coming out of it, and I don't think the OP's framing is particularly conducive to a good discussion of Snapcaster's place in the format.
