Just an attempt at Planeswalker Control in Tiny Leaders.
UB lends itself to control decks and I fell Dack Fayden and Pyroclasm/Slagstorm/Anger of the Gods/Starstorm are enough better than BUG, even tough Abrupt Decay and Pernicious Deed are 2 of the greatest removal spells in Tiny Leaders.

Your list seems pretty good, I also built a Tetsuo Tiny Leaders deck so figured I'd share! Our decks seem similar in some ways, my list has been piloting pretty well so far many times I just straight up win without needing my General.

So the theme I had in mind was like heavy bounce and etb tempo, then sit behind Standstill with Lavamancer creatures that can steal the game.

I skipped out on Planeswalkers and built my list with a lot of the same creatures, but also stuff like Ghitu Slinger, Imprerial Recruiter, Fire Imp, Man-O-'War and Waterfront Bouncer and a Magus of the Moon. I also threw in some flashback with Firebolt, Silent Departure, Morgue Theft and even Unearth, I get a lot of value out of Intuiton that way or just using them early game for tempo then flashing back later. Instead of Toxic Deluge I run Fire Convenant, it's basically just a one-sided sweep. My land base is pretty similar, you went Academy + EE route and I went Stronghold instead, I won quite a few games off 6 mana just topdecking Ghitu Slinger or Strix and keep smashing them every turn. I also threw in Crucible 'cause not only has it been really good with the 2 Fetches not missing drops, but I've won just Wastelocking players. I run a Quicksand as well as my other colorless land, because it's such a beast under crucible.

I also considered Chainer's Edict as a possibility, but the 7 mana flashback probably wasn't realistic. The only questionable cards I'd probably say on the list are Spell Snare and Ancestral Vision... the only reason is like, if I'm topdecking and I'd come across that it just seems really bad. I feel like you'd rather just have a Mana Leak, Incinerate or Into the Roil 'business spell' that are almost always relevant in some way, those two spells just seem really conditional, you'd almost rather just work in more card advantage off cantrips or sorta how I did with flashback's that you can recycle again. Just my thoughts rest looks good.
