Does Drop of Honey target?

I can't seem to make sense of this card. Does it target like, say, The Abyss does? Or does it for example kill TNN or Mirran Crusader if they happen to be the last men standing?

I actually referred to that before posting. It would seem the answer is a no, but I wanted confirmation.

If the word "target" is absent from the Oracle text, a spell or ability is not targeted. Simple as that.

Effects don't have to be targeted, but being untargeted is powerful and very sparingly used on newer cards.
