I listened to your section about Imperial Taxes and it was complete nonsense and a waste of time. Not only are you wrong on a lot of your points, you even contradict yourself ("so you wanna shore up your bad match up in elves" "oh but it only makes your good match ups better").
You also manage to compare the sweeper effects of Miracles to the sweeper effects on D&T. Again, completely nonsensical.
Of course Elves can recover from a Terminus when they are not pressured at all for the 3-4 turns after the terminus. They draw a card every turn, and usually it is an elf they draw. But all D&T needs is 1 or 2 extra turns to get ahead of elves, a couple of turn beyond turn 1 & 2 where the elves player can't do anything but just build up their board. That's what D&T needs to set up mana denial, get an active jitte, or apply pressure with Flickerwisps and the likes.
There's match ups that were completely unwinnable before, that the red splash makes very winnable indeed, like Elves and UWR Delver.
There's match ups that were close or unfavorable, that the red splash makes very favorable, like UWR Stoneblade, Deathblade and 12 post.
There's match ups that were favorable or very favorable before, that the red splash makes a complete joke, like Miracles, BUG decks and MUD.
I was recommended this episode by some who respect your opinions, but based on this, I can't see why they would.

Wow... Aggressive. Sounds like red Death and Taxes is the best deck in Legacy by a wide margin. Please link to where you have top 8ed multiple GPs and/or Invitationals with the deck, and we will be glad to amend our comments based on results and statistics. Otherwise thanks for the input, and we will continue to provide feedback on each archetype where we attempt to list both the pros and cons of each deck in a balanced manner.
