Hi folks, I'm going to be in Denver next Wednesday night (the 22nd) through Sunday morning. I read through the "stores that support Legacy" thread and contacted some folks. Denver Central Games said that a few stores have just started to hold Legacy events recently, which in turn has diluted the playerbase so people are going to different shops and no single place has enough people to hold an event. Mirage Games hasn't responded to my Facebook message.

So I figured I'd ask folks here. Ideally I'd like to find a Legacy event Thursday, Friday, or Saturday night. But if there's a store where Legacy fans tend to hang out, I'd love to stop on by for a few hours, say hi, and play some Legacy (I've got random silly casual decks too!).

TIA.

As an aside, I'm normally in Northern New Mexico, around Santa Fe, where there doesn't seem to be much Legacy. I'd love to learn otherwise if you know of something!

DCG has (had) Legacy every Thursday, but there's not anything regular on Friday or Saturday that I know of.

Unfortunately I think the DCG guys are correct, there's a store doing Legacy pretty much every night from Sunday-Thursday, and at this point I'm not sure if any of them are firing regularly. I think most of the DCG players went to All C's Collectibles on Mondays, which is why they moved their event to Thursdays, but I have no idea what the attendance is like for those now. We've been getting a decent crowd at I Want More Comics for Legacy FNM, but that's only once/month.

Hell I would offer to put something casual together for you, but I'm going out of town the very day you're arriving.

Thanks for the info! I wouldn't mind going to a place where Legacy folks tend to hang out just for casual games, if you know of such places. If I strike out entirely, I could also say "next time." :)

Your not looking in the right place. Do a google search for "Front Range Legacy" which will take you to the community's facebook page. They have listed all the dates for sanctioned events and casual playing, mostly when and where. This has been the best way I have found to get in touch with the legacy community in Denver area.

Black Gold in Littleton has Legacy on Sunday at 2pm weekly. We played last week and today but only with 6 people (different people each week) would be great to get more people!
