This is my attempt at making the deck worth while. I think the 3 best builds to go with this commander is either 1. Token based 2. Equip infect (which will make you hated in many edh circles) 3. or grab the best cards a mono white planeswalker can work with. I think the card I am most excited about is humility. It turns your opponents commanders useless while your commander runs full force. Basically I am just running a modified precon. I threw in a few board wipes to help stabilize (and kill the Academy Rector). Pariah's shield is awesome with the pro-color swords or darksteel plate. I personally think nahiri's ultimate ability is lack luster . While you can finish a game with it for sure, it's not a goal you really want to rely on getting to because its hard to get her that high and the token equipment can be removed with still many other edh cards. I don't think you need any graveyard recursion with the artifacts since the commander can reanimate the equipment from the graveyard. Other cards worth considering darksteel mutation (pick one: indestructible token, or useless commander).Entreat the angels seems like it can be devastating late game. Endless Horizons can give you lots of land and thin your deck. Containment priest, grafdigger's cage, relic of progenitus seem like good hate cards.Serra Ascendant can also spruce up the deck's power (my extra one is in teeg for now). Linvala, Keeper of silence can help control the combo decks a little, and you can give it lightning greaves. I don't run lightning greaves because the shroud and always need at least 2 creatures to unshroud one, and sometimes you don't have the luxury and top sweet equipment but can't equip it because you can't cast the commander, and you have only one dude with the greaves.

Some thoughts in no particular order:

Karoo isn't really worth playing. You're not really "ramping" because you're sacrificing an untapped plains, and it comes into play tapped on top of it. I'd replace it with Myriad Landscape which at least ramps you, albeit slowly.

Buried Ruin is a nice way to get back an equipment that an opponent destroys with very little opportunity cost to you.

I've never really been impressed by cards like Star Compass because they're often a pretty dead draw. Something like Mind Stone can at least be cashed in for a card on turn 20 when you don't need it anymore.

This deck seems like it could benefit from a copy of Eight-and-a-Half-Tails both as protection for your stuff and as a potential way to get through some pesky blockers.

I also don't see Land Tax in your list, which is a very powerful card...especially in combination with Scroll Rack.

One thing I enjoy doing (and need to do more TBH) is to use gating creatures like Whitemane Lion, Stonecloaker, and maaaaybe if you're feeling cray-cray guys like Dust Elemental and Eiganjo Free-Riders. They let you use and re-use your Equipment tutor creatures, and they happen to work well with another card I randomly approve of - Quest for the Holy Relic. Casting WML to bounce itself EOT can put multiple counters on the Quest, which isn't necessarily a huge power play, but this is Nahiri we're talking about. :P

Also I like your wraths but if your group won't throw a fit you should squeeze in some more. The biggest draw for Nahiri is the fact that she's a token engine that can't be legitimately dealt with (thanks new rules!) so you can play a lot of control while staying aggressive, especially if you're not losing any actual equipment in the process. You just Wrath Wrath Wrath and Voltron up.

I agree with this. It is probably the main draw to Nahiri versus Khemba as a mono-white equipment option.

thanks for the quick replies. This was my glorified pre-con deck . I added planar cleansing and like a lot of ideas present. I am not thrilled about land tax (I own one and its not in a deck right now), I do have a scroll rack too. It's plausible but 1 v 1 its unreliable. in multiplayer its ok. (edh is traditionally a multiplayer group). My edh meta is either a bunch of highschoolers with under powered edh decks, and players who want to pick up one of my own, or a very few select friends who have decks at this level or higher. I do have more powerful edh decks but I have no one in my edh meta who can handle asuza (even after rofellos banning) or skitheryx (one on one). That being said I added planar cleansing to this list over cataclysm (the only card in the list above I do not own) . I couldn't find mindstone so I put that commander sphere in star compass place. I like eight and a half tails but surprisingly I do not own it nor know what I should cut for it, I also plan on picking up a darksteel mutation for this list. I also fit a faith's fetters in the deck since no one can tuck a general any more. This is cool because it hits planeswalker commanders and can be tutored with rector to hit shroud and hexproof targets
