After laboring for a month I have finally perfected it. All the numbers are correct or near so. If you would like to gloss over all the notes I compiled and previous iterations of the deck, please follow this link http://www.reddit.com/r/ModernMagic/comments/30oh6o/abzan/.
I also go into some length elaborating on the card choices, their performance, and how they interact with the other popular decks.
Nobody assisted me in refining my deck in any way, shape, or form. All I have received is scorn or apathy when seeking feedback. Most just rejected outright the inclusion of Bitterblossom without bothering to review anything I've written. So don't expect any lengthy explanations on this final version. There's more than enough support in this build to break Bitterblossoms.
4 colorless lands may seem a little greedy and maybe it is, but both Gavony Township and Vault of the Archangel are completely OP and win you games off the bat. There's certain combinations with these lands and other cards that just completely locks up the game for you.
This build will become popular as I've been testing heavily online and no doubt some might choose to imitate my deck list. Unfortunately, I'm under house arrest and I cannot even apply for a job until next year so I have no hope of winning any tournaments with it anytime. I will though take the credits before anyone else. This take on Abzan is MY idea honed into perfection as a result of MY perseverance with NO assistance from anyone else. I want acknowledgement...
quick MU breakdown: Burn is problematic, Valukut is troublesome, and R/G tron is horrendous. The rest are all slightly favorable to very favorable. A lot of MUs improved significantly with the advent of Bitterblossom.
My work. Be thankful I have low self image, because that's the biggest reason why I didn't opt to keep the list to myself. I have some designs on Sultai, but considering the lack of support I had in brewing this Abzan list, I no longer have the appetite to construct innovative deck lists.
