Besides Runes of the Deus and Clout of the Dominus and the rest of the cycle and Boartusk Liege, which other cards provide bonuses for the use of hybrid colored cards?

I can't think of anything else right now except the two-color Gods from Theros block. They don't boost the hybird per se, but they do count for double devotion if the colors match. A single Boggart Ram-Gang on the board is enough to turn on Xenagos, God of Revels (and similarly for the other 9 combinations).
Boggart would only count as 3 total devotion for Xenagos, it would be any combination of red or green but does not count as both at once.

True story.
4/26/2014 - Your devotion to two colors is equal to the number of mana symbols that are the first color, the second color, or both colors among the mana costs of permanents you control. Specifically, a hybrid mana symbol counts only once toward your devotion to its two colors. For example, if the only nonland permanents you control are Pharika, God of Affliction and Golgari Guildmage (whose mana cost is {B/G}{B/G}), your devotion to black and green is four.
Other 'rewarded for hybrid' cards:
Blessing of the Nephilim
the Mimic cycle (Nightsky Mimic)
the hatchling cycle (Voracious Hatchling)
the duo cycle (Emberstrike Duo)
Civic Saber

Whoops. That seems counterintuitive at first glance. Maybe I should read the gatherer notes.

The intuitive way to think about it is that devotion counts mana symbols, not colors. Boggart Ram-Gang only has three mana symbols in its mana cost, so it can never add more than three to any devotion count.

There's also a scarecrow cycle. There are some odds and ends like Tolsimir Wolfsblood,Momir Vig, Simic Visionary,Savra, Queen of the Golgari,Ulasht, The Hate Seed,Dire Undercurrents, and Teysa, Orzhof Scion that work with multi-color cards.
For those reporting this thread, I'm leaving it here rather than move it because it's asking about card mechanics. Borderline but close enough.
Woodlurker Mimic is probably the highest quality budget creature, if you're golgari enough [DRS, Abrupt Decay, Golgari Charm, etc] this is a pretty decent 5th goyf (though I think gurmag/tasigur may be better non-GSZ targets). Maybe you can concoct a deck where this is a complete goyf replacement b/c something strange is expected to happen to graveyards.
Pillar of the Paruns is the land if you're really dedicated to maxing out on hybrid mana spells.
Anyways keywords for critters will end in Liege and Mimic [there may be more naming tropes].

If you want devotion you can use Phyrexian Metamorph or Phantasmal Image to "cheat" more relevant CMC on the field.
