My opponont steals my LHH (creature). Then I bolt one of his creatures. LHH flips to the owner (me). Who gets the token? Or is the token even created?

The player who controlled Lili when it died controls the trigger, so they follow the instructions. They exile Lili, then return her transformed under her owner's control. Then they put a Zombie onto the battlefield. They will control the Zombie.
