So I've been playing around with Dream Halls casually, mostly in EDH, where it's been a ton of fun. But I had an interaction I've never seen before come up recently. I had the card out on the field, and an artifact, plus one of the BFZ Eldrazi in hand. With the new wastes and Colourless rulings, can I now pitch any artifact/land/Colourless permanent to cast a strictly Colourless creature? Or, would I only be able to do so with a creature that has the new : C : symbol? Or, does the old ruling still apply, and only creatures with wubrg can be cast with it?
Thanks for any clarification!

No. Colourless cards are just that, colourless and therefore cannot share a colour. You can't satisfy the requirements for Dream Halls due to the explicit need to discard something that shares a colour with the card you wish to cast.

Perfect, thanks for your help! I wasn't sure if the new symbol would actually change the colour pie, or of it was just a different way to represent "Colourless"
Thanks again!
