Probably for the best in Legacy. Modern changes are disappointing; Twin was the only really interesting deck in the format.

And it seems that Tron becomes Megatron with the new Eldrazi. Did they just ban the only thing able yo stop the invasion of Eldrazi?

In 3 or 6 months from now, after people have bought their share of OGW, they will apologetically spread their hands and ban Eye of Ugin. I am not just being sarcastic, it's totally going to be that way.

Wizards bans in Modern only for Pro Tours.

Don't expect any new bans before next year. And if they banned anything, it would probably be the Tron pieces.
