Like other Chalice Aggro decks, the basic strategy is to shut down your opponent with Chalice of the Void and then cast creatures with a converted mana cost starting at 3 to set a clock. The difference here is that Silverfur Partisan requires the deck to play some multi-target spells like Bounty of the Hunt in order to make the tokens by yourself and swarm the opponent as quickly as possible. Briarpack Alpha can act as a 5/5 flash blocker or help protecting Silverfur from lethal damage, besides being another wolf to be targeted. Finally, we have a draw spell in Harmonize, which also helps balancing the card disadvantage generated by Bounty of the Hunt's alternative casting cost.

Creatures (8):
4 Silverfur Partisan
4 Briarpack Alpha

Spells (24):
4 Bounty of the Hunt
2 Dromoka's Command
4 Green Sun's Zenith
2 Blessings of Nature
4 Harmonize
2 Wild Defiance
4 Chalice of the Void
2 Umezawa's Jitte

Mana acceleration (8):
4 Elvish Spirit Guide
4 Mox Diamond

Lands (20):
4 Forest
4 Ancient Tomb
4 Cavern of Souls
4 City of Traitors
4 Riftstone Portal

Other possible card choices:

Howlpack Resurgence: Trample may be necessary against other token decks.
Pack Guardian: Two wolves for one, although we're already discarding lands to Mox.
Witchstalker: Hexproof makes it a quite resilient wolf but the mana cost isn't the best for this kind of deck.
Young Wolf: Undying could make it useful as a blocker and another target for the pump spells.
Sword of Body and Mind: Protection from green against Goyf/KotR/whatever and more wolves.
Garruk Relentless: More wolves and bolt for creatures. Flipped, deathtouch wolves plus fetching might be interesting.
Sylvan Paradise: Overkill and useless on its own but the idea of making a gazillion wolves is kinda tempting.
Blood Moon: Between Elvish Spirit Guide and Mox Diamond/Riftstone Portal, having the colored mana we need available shouldn't be a problem.

I guess it's the shell that I have a problem with... let me try to explain, the "theme" of what you're trying to accomplish doesn't really mix with this Stompy-Chalice-equipment shell.

I see a lot of potential in cards like Silverfur Partisan. However I think there's dysynergy running these enchantments, equipment, and stuff like Chalice with it, although I do see a few boost instants/sorceries the best you're really gonna' get is maybe 1-2 wolves. And there's far too much colorless to throw in Dromoka's Command, I understand the Portals and Mox, it's a cute a idea but I can already forsee games where you get screwed over and it's sitting in your hand.

I'd love to see Noble Hierarch and maybe even Knight of the Reliquary mixed in, and then just get rid of Chalice or maybe SB it. This opens you up to running things like StP, Shelter, Vines of Vastwood and other interesting Instants to target your wolves with while protecting them at the same time. I still like Bounty and Harmonize, they're great cards. Some other interesting cards I can vouche: Drop of Honey vs tempo decks to stall, Krosan Grip, and Sylvan Library. All of those cards are extremely powerful. good luck

(btw if you ever include Young Wolf, Young Wolf + Rancor seems pretty strong as a greeny stompy aggro)

Stompy lists are going to work based on density/type of lock pieces (disruption), hardiness of threats, and consistency. Various types of shells are better at certain aspects than others. A successful stompy list that actually has a chance to compete in a two-day tournament has got to find a way to consistently find lock pieces, answers, or threats and nimble enough to vary itself based on opponent's deck. Beating blue decks by killing their consistency while finding a way to eek out some for yourself.

Red (Dragon/Werewolf/Moggcatcher) gets to add in Blood Moon which ups the lock factor.
Green Stompy (Sylvan Plug) gets Sylvan Library and GSZ to smooth out draws. I wouldn't compare Choke to Blood Moon though.
Black (Demon/Braids) you could argue has the best removal options - cheap stuff like Victim of Night, Toxic Deluge, etc.
Eldrazi gets to have additional lands that increase speed/threat development, and sol lands do not conflict with color requirements for those threats.

I'm looking at your list and really just seeing a lot of added requirements which will drastically cut down on consistency. The pumps are simply dead if you don't have a creature on board (and only 12 creatures, counting GSZ), and not that great at all if you don't have the Silverfur. The only lock/disruption is Chalice + occasional combat tricks. Not sure if Dromoka's Command is worth the white splash. But your build banks so much on the Silverfur guy that once he is removed, or you can't get him down early, I think you just lose. Living the dream of casting him, then having a large team of wolves next turn is a bit too much of a pipe dream, I think.

I've thought about Harmonize before but it comes pretty late. I'd suggest Sylvan Library + Fetches.
Also, Garruk Relentless gets a LOT better within the next week since he will be Abrupt Decay-proof after transforming.

I'd agree with Mystical_Jackass, not sure if the shell is going to work well with Silverfur here. I've considered a GR Wolf list with Huntmaster, Garruk Relentless as 4 drops, including in Blood Moon/Sphere/Chalice and stuff like Mayor of Avabruck and couple of the new werewolves from SoI - I think one draws you a card if opponent plays a spell during your turn, another draws when it enters. They could be ok ways to gain slight advantage over time while deploying threats. And the new GR planeswalker might be yet another 4cmc threat.

Thanks for the replies, guys.

About the shell issue, the purpose this deck for me is to abuse of Silverfur's synergy with Bounty of the Hunt. And given that it has a casting cost of 2G, it seemed to me that a Chalice-based shell would work well with it. But I can see how the spells hurt its consistency, so I don't have a problem with removing it.

In that case, what else can I use as disruption? Still going GW, StP is powerful, but is it enough? Without Chalice I imagine it becomes more difficult to win against Combo. Other GW decks like Maverick run Thalia and Gaddock Teeg, also improving the Miracles matchup. In particular Teeg, that at least can be fetched with GSZ, but Thalia would probably need to be 4-of if I decided to include her.

Leaving that aside though, I really liked the Young Wolf + Rancor and Sylvan Library ideas. Maybe something like this and then find a place for things like Krosan Grip in the sideboard after I have a core?

Creatures (15):
4 Silverfur Partisan
4 Young Wolf
4 Noble Hierarch
2 Witchstalker
1 Gaddock Teeg

Spells (24):
4 Bounty of the Hunt
4 Green Sun's Zenith
4 Rancor
4 Swords to Plowshares
2 Shelter
2 Vines of Vastwood
2 Sylvan Library
2 Umezawa's Jitte

Planeswalkers (2):
2 Garruk Relentless

Lands (19):
2 Forest
1 Plains
4 Savannah
4 Windswept Heath
4 Verdant Catacombs
4 Cavern of Souls

On a different note, the GR version with Huntmaster and Blood Moon also looks interesting. I think I'll try to work on a list later.

Much to my chagrin, there is no way to truly abuse Bounty of the Hunt and Silverfur Partisan like I thought there was...however, that combo should not really be ignored. A free way to get multiple bodies and pump your board is totally awesome in Chalice decks. Having a way to just get them dead and excel far beyond what they can churn develop is certainly worth looking into.

Adding in Garruk Relentless after the rules change about double face cards is worth looking into as well. Garruk provides us with removal, bodies that can get triggered off of Silverfur, as well as a way to go long. I suspect that we probably are not every activating his ultimate, but a utility card like him is also worth it.

Green Sun is good stuff too. Don't know if the one that draws a card on ETB (Sage of Ancient Lore) is worth it...maybe at the top end

I would probably start here

4 Silverfur Partisan
4 Hermit of the Natterknolls (draws you a card if they cast a spell werewolf)
X Mayor of Avabruck

3 Garruk Relentless
4 Bounty of the Hunt
4 Chalice
3 Trinisphere
