Building a Numot deck with a strong focus on manadenial. Doesn't have to be cutthroat tier 1, but it preferably not the suckiest suck that ever sucked a suck either. The manabase will be wasteland, stripmine, the needed fetches and revised duals, and the rest all basic land (important because of blood moon effects). Of the following list, I need to cut one or two cards, and I'm always open to suggestions from players who have experience with or against the deck. Budget isn't an issue, (lack of) casual/fun play experience neither.

Pithing needle
Sol Ring
Scroll Rack
Marble Diamond
Sky Diamond
Fire Diamond
Azorius Signet
Boros Signet
Izzet Signet
Crucible of Worlds
Journeyer's Kite
Commander's Sphere
Darksteel Ingot
Manalith
Vessel of Endless Rest
Spectral Searchlight
Worn Powerstone
Thran Dynamo
Sunforger
Phyrexian Revoker
Solemn Simulacrum
Wurmcoil Engine

Swords to Plowshares
Tithe
Disenchant
Oblation
Armageddon
Ravages of War
Catastrophe
Land Tax
Ghostly Prison
Oblivion Ring
Nevermore
Moat
Elspeth (the original)
Linvala (original)
Baneslayer Angel
Felidar Sovereign

Mystical Tutor
Propaganda
Tezzeret (original)
Archaeomancer
Mnemonic Wall
Consecrated Sphinx

Lightning Bolt
Firestorm
Boom/Bust
Chaoswarp
Thoughts of Ruin
Epicenter
Tectonic Break
Blood Moon
Viashino Heretic
Magus of the Moon
Jaya Ballard
Anarchist
Hoard-Smelter dragon
Hellkite Tyrant
Magmatic Force (far from sold on this one)

Wear/Tear
Supreme Verdict
Ajani Vengeant
Dack Fayden
Hanna, Ship's navigator
Izzet Chronarch

A boatload of artifact hate to make sure manarocks don't survive, a lot of geddon effects and recursion to keep the landkill going, a sunforger package and lots of basics to make land tax and blood moon good. I have very little time for playtesting, and have no desire to go to the rare playsessions I can afford to attend with a load of crap.

Decree of Annihilation was always a favorite of mine to run in my old Numot deck, since you can sneak it past counter-magic.

Crucible of Worlds feels like a must-have in this deck honestly. I'm not sure I'd want Felidar Sovereign since there isn't much lifegain going on besides him and the Wurmcoil.

Thank you for the feedback. There's also a Baneslayer in the deck, but yes, it was put in there when I had more of such stuff. I prefer to have a few big dumb hard to kill things in there to hide behind while I nuke people's real estate. On the other hand, Daretti could be good too.

Chromatic Lantern is good here. Back to Basics as wells since you are running a lot of basics. Definitely Idyllic Tutor and Enlightened Tutor. Oh, and Wildfire might be pretty sweet as well.

Rings of Brightheart is strong with Numot, allowing you to keep multiplayers at bay with his landdestruction-ability. It also combos well with planeswalkers, fetchlands, and artifacts with activation cost.

-Oblation (not as good with new ruling, better options)
-Disenchant (I'd prefer stronger options that either Exile like 'Erase' (especially with so many Gods running around these days) or give more CA)
-Firestorm
-Lightning Bolt (doesn't do enough, too narrow)
+Volcanic Offering (this card is insane)
+Repulse
+Return to Dust
+Time Spiral/Wheel of Fortune

+Gilded Lotus

-Anarchist (too narrow)
-Jaya Balard
+Duplicant
+Trinket Mage
+Sensei's DT
+Flametongue Kavu or Inferno Titan
+Magus of the Tabernacle

I dunno, that's mostly what came to mind. The biggest drawback is lack of draw IMO, I'd definitely want to fit in more CA with stuff like Fact or Fiction or Thirst for Knowledge with all the Artifacts you're running. You're also going to need gy removal with this strategy, because with all the destruction it can backfire horribly if your opponent's have even better recursion and you can't shut it down, I'm talking stuff like Loam or Phyrexian Reclamation, Genesis, etc. that if you have no way of shutting it down it'll backfire really bad.

Thank you for the feedback. I had also noticed the limited carddraw potential of the deck. I wish to alleviate this with the Sunforger toolbox, but that leads to less optimal plays like disenchant or bolt, indeed. Maybe that combo as a whole could be replaced with a few extra planeswalkers. They'll Always bring something extra card advantage to the mix.
