EMA foils: when to buy?

Hi guys, I'm thinking of buying some foil singles from EMA, like the vampiric Tutor, Wanderer etc, and was wondering: When do you think the cards will be the cheapest? Because most of the cards I want to buy I will not play, but still want them for my collection, so I'm trying to not spend too much on each single.

In the future they won't be as cheap as they are now before a future reprint. And if they don't get reprinted then they don't get any cheaper.
