Legacy MtG Sydney (https://www.facebook.com/groups/syd.legacy.mtg/) (read: a community run group that's not associated with the WPN) is holding a Legacy event for our growing Legacy player pool, right here in the Sydney CBD!
--EVENT DETAILS--
Reg from 6:30pm.
Event starts at 7pm.
This is a friendly event aimed at building our community. As such, please play your best Magic, but don't be a douche.
--PRIZES--
Prizes will consist of EMA boosters and useful Legacy staples like DRS, Thoughtseize and so on. The value of the prize pool will depend on player numbers, but the intention is to fill out your Legacy collections! We will be spending any and all cash donated for entry (there will me a nominal required donation to play for any prizes) on the prize pool, so there will certainly be value in there!
--PLAYTEST CARDS--
As this is a casual event run by the community, we will be allowing up to 15 "playtest cards" per player. This means you can run those optimal manabases and your expensive degenerate combos.
Please make sure your playtest cards are clear and unambiguous. Remember that a playtest card is most commonly a basic land with the name of a different card written on it with a marker. Playtest cards aren't trying to be reproductions of real Magic cards!
