So a while back I was working on Melira pod and that ended.

2x Godless Shrine
1x Overgrown Tomb

So much goldfishing I run out of gas fast.
I can play the control and aggressive but no draw makes my hand empty.
I have much ramp mostly for township and to power out big things quickly.
Would harmonize be viable?
Coco would be very useful if my curve was much lower but as it is it's not.
Commune with nature? ancient stirrings?
Lead the stampede?
Seek the wilds?
Options I'm thinking to replace 2 chord,1 thoughtseize and path.

Painful Truths is a pretty good draw spell.

Not much of a fan, I'd probably prefer ancient stirring or commune with nature.
So far with about 100 goldfishes it's all over the place.
Sometimes I get all the land and dorks and nothing else.
Or all the control and some cheap aggression but no real finish.
Biggest upset is all goes to plan and I end up out of gas.
Smiter is at best a sideboard card for control matchups.
Obviously I want goyf but I'm not paying that price for a modern deck.
I want more rhinos and wilt-leaf, that with more voice and gavony would give me some more resilience for the long game.
Not sure what to do at this point or where to go.

Your goldfishing is going to be all over the place because the deck contains so many different cards. Abzan Midrange is a thing in Modern and plays cards that you have in your list, but it's condensed to the general best options. While the lists do vary, one thing that most have in common is x4 Liliana of the Veil and 3-4 Lingering Souls. Lily and Souls pair nicely, and Souls is also very good with Gavony Township and pumps the tokens created by Voice of Resurgence.
Abrupt Decay isn't the powerhouse it once was. My choice for removal would probably be x4 Path to Exile, x2 Abrupt Decay, and x1 Maelstrom Pulse.
As for your card draw issues, Dark Confidant is likely your answer. Oh...and Tarmogoyf is kind of essential in this type of deck. So, add about $1000 worth of cardboard and you should be good to go. (That's really the truth with the midrange decks at the moment, unfortunately.)

I was trying to avoid adding that kind of cash to a modern deck that may get a ban.
Every modern deck I attempted to build that was a thing gets some sort of ban as soon as I'm close to finishing the mb

Nothing in any of the midrange decks is a concern for banning. The only card that you might be leary of is Collected Company, but it didn't seem like that was the way you wanted to go with the deck anyway. Chord of Calling could possibly be considered for a ban at some point, but I wouldn't worry about that anytime soon. I think it's definitely behind Collected Company for consideration. I also don't think Chord is a card you really want to be playing outside of true toolbox/combo decks.
