It's a shame that I don't have MTGO, else I would definately join.
Maybe for the next edition you can also allow players to play games in cockatrice?

No. Cockatrice is not something I will support in my tournaments. There are different tournaments & leagues for that program. The intention of this league is to bring the mtgo vintage community together.
