Hat tip to user Lolidk who started a thread on a deck they called, "Rube Goldberg." I tinkered with concepts starting with the Paradox Engine/mana rock idea, and have come up with a pretty fun list that focuses on milling the opponent instead of achieving lethal storm count. After a variety of mono-white lists, and a lot of goldfishing, I am pretty happy with a white/green build. I am calling it "Technodrome" a la the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon because it uses Codex Shredder as a win condition (get it?), and also because with the Tops, Ancient Stirrings, and Enlightened Tutors, like the Technodrome, you do a lot of digging. Here is the list:
Spells
3 Paradox Engine
3 Grim monolith
4 Mox Opal
4 lotus petal
4 Sensei's divining top
2 Codex Shredder
2 Millstone
2 ensnaring bridge
4 Terminus
4 Ancient Stirrings
4 Enlightened Tutor
3 Pithing Needle
2 Regrowth
Lands
4 Windswept Heath
2 Flooded strand
2 Horizon Canopy
2 Savannah
4 Plains
2 Forest
1 Tabernacle At Pendrell Vale
1 Karakas
The basic idea is that you assemble a board with a Mox Opal, a Grim Monolith, a Millstone or a Codex Shredder, and two Sensei's Divining Tops. You can tap out the opal and monolith for mana, mill opponent, crack top, crack top, cast top, untap all artifacts, repeat until opponent is entirely milled out.
In the event that your opponent establishes a Chalice on one or a Sanctum Prelate on one, or even a Pithing Needle or Phyrexian Revoker on your top, you can use the two regrowths to constantly target each other, triggering the Paradox Engine to continually untap your mana sources and millstones/shredders.
Pithing Needle, Ensnaring Bridge, Terminus, and Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale are your defense. Karakas is as well, for decks with Thalia, Emrakul, Griselbrand, etc.
The combo seems kind of bulky, but with the variety of tutors and search effects, it is pretty easy to have it assembled within a few turns. I definitely need to test it against more decks.

Don't you also need the Paradox Engine? And, if so, shouldn't you run 4?

Yes. Sorry, did the write up pretty late. The paradox engine needs to be in play, but i have been running three without issue. It is tutorable with Enlightened Tutor and can be found with Ancient Stirring. Both of those cards can be recurred from the graveyard with regrowth as well. Plus having top and several shuffle effects makes finding the Paradox Engine not terribly difficult.
Fantastic deck name! This is quite a brew. I look forward to seeing its progress.

Did some testing tonight against Reanimator, all pre-board. The deck didnt do too badly. I think at the end I was fifty-fifty. Being able to dig for terminus was clutch. I also was playing two Maze of Ith main board instead of Tabernacle (just trying stuff out).
I am considering adding a Sylvan Library singleton, but I am not exactly sure what to drop for it. I also am mulling over adding Lantern of Insight, but I cannot think of what to remove for it. It might be a good SB card for a deck like reanimator, so i can mill their gas but not their creatures.
Right now i am also pondering the sideboard. This deck would get hammered by Hurkyll's Recall, among other cards. I also need a plan for storm that doesnt end up cutting my own throat. I am thinking a few Mindbreak Traps would be solid, as they can be floated on top of the library with Top and kept safe from Cabal Therapy.
A secondary kill condition is probably in order post board too, and I dont know if that should be Monastery Mentors (perhaps for Miracles, which would likely board out their Terminus after game one when they saw no creatures) or perhaps manlands.

Love the concept. In terms of protection you have a fair amount of anti-creature stuff but what about versus counterspells and the like? Is there enough room for fitting in a silence or four and / or is there enough leeway on the mana required to go off in a turn?

Yes, counters are a concern. Ill have to feel it out after testing. The mana is there is play around daze and probably spell pierce depending on what youre casting. Force protection could be nice. Im concerned about Miracles and playing through counterbalance.

Just for being sure, to combo out you need one of the following configurations:
1 paradox engine + 2 sensei's divining top + 1 mox opal + 1 codex shredder
1 paradox engine + 2 sensei's divining top + 1 grim monolith + 1 codex shredder
1 paradox engine + 2 sensei's divining top + 1 grim monolith + 1 millstone
1 paradox engine + 2 regrowth + 2 mox opal + 1 codex shredder

Am I right?

Mostly, except you cannot have two mox opal in play simultaneously, so the regrowth method means having a monolith and an opal.
Also, I have been playing lately without a Millstone but with the addition of Scepter of Empires, primarily because certain decks cannot be milled out (if they have Emrakul, for example) and so something that deals damage is necessary.
I also have been trying simple variations like running one ensnaring bridge and one moat, running no Tabernacle and running two Maze of ith, etc. Also, i think four Grim Monolith might be necessary.

Been playing and tweaking and have started running a Crucible of worlds. I actually pulled the Savannahs and am just running basics. I also am for now dropping the lotus Petals and running Crop Rotations.
The rotations are obviously to grab utility lands, especially after being wastelanded when possible, and the Crucible is clutch for playing fetches over and over again in order to refresh the top of the library to find necessary pieces with top. It also makes a great draw engine with Horizon Canopy, which might end up a three-of in the deck. Maze of Ith is currently a two-of.
I pulled Sylvan Library and am now thinking of testing Inventor's Fair.
List currently looks like this:
4 Grim monolith
4 Mox Opal
4 Sensei's divining top
2 Paradox Engine
2 Codex Shredder
2 Ensnaring Bridge
1 Scepter of Empires
1 Crucible of Worlds
4 Terminus
4 Ancient Stirrings
4 Enlightened Tutor
3 Crop Rotation
3 Pithing Needle
2 Regrowth
6 Fetchland
3 Horizon Canopy
3 Plain
3 Forest
2 Maze of Ith
1 Tabernacle PV
1 Wasteland
1 Karakas

I dropped crop rotation and started testing with Lantern of Insight. Went back to a third Codex Shredder too. It is a seriously powerful combo if you can use it to either keep your opponent completely off mana, or completely off of threats. The Lantern adds an extra shuffle engine as well, which is very helpful. Im thinking of pulling the singleton Wasteland for a third Horizon Canopy.
For a non blue deck, there is a lot of manipulation and consistency. And Paradox Engine really is a beast of a card, especially with Grim Monolith and Mox Opal on board.
I am still working on the sideboard.

I'd put some number of Defense Grid in there, as well as Stony Silence/[cardfs]Null Rod[/cards] hate, as well as GY hate and anti-Storm tech, dependent upon the meta.
So, something like:
4 D. Grid
4 K. Grip
4 meta slot
3 Relic of Profenitus

Yeah, I have K. grips, relics, some storm hate, and some wraths for D&T. Im confused about stony silence and null rod though, as those cards nerf most of my own deck.

Ah, I derped. MY apologies. Replaced them with Aura of Silence.

I wonder if Councils Judgement isnt a better option than Aura. If I am jamming Krosan Grips, I can destroy trouble artifacts and enchantments for the same cost. Councils Judgements can hit artifacts and enchantments, but is also useful against problem cards like True Name Nemesis.
