So basically I am wondering if a mono black deck is viable in Legacy, especially with new cards. The deck I’m playing in MTGA right now has big spell wins using Maha, Rankle’s Prank, and Bloodletter w/control backup like Duress, Deep-Cavern Bat and removal.
I’m having fun on MTGA, but can’t afford to get a deck together offline. I have the suicide black staples that are cheap: ritual, hymn, nantuko shade, etc. I notice there are deck lists from tournaments posting online and some lists in the Necrodominance thread.
I was wondering if I could make something budget-y, without having to pay for like a set of Orcish Bowmasters.
Would love to hear from someone…I think I’m a casual player…
