Currently I plan on stockpiling Shocks, Fetches, and eventually Duals as trade bait, but as each page with 8 total pockets front and back and have been stacking the ones I've been acquiring, I need some guidance.
Outside of Shocks, Fetches, Duals, and any lands not part of a 10-card cycle (what can I say; I'm picky), which lands would y'all recommend?

If your mainly going for trade bait... utility lands are very usefull
Academy Ruins
Volrath's Stronghold
Grove of the Burnwillows
Horizon Canopy
Just check the decklists on http://mtgtop8.com/ and maybe the prices on cardmarket.com (https://www.cardmarket.com/en/Magic) as well.
Most pricey cards are costly for a reason, not all ;)

This is good advice.
And filthy casuals will always want the lands from Commander products (Command Tower, Opal Palace, etc...)

Should just go ahead and get multiple pages of wastelands while they're cheap
