I've been wondering about this for a while and haven't seen any explanation.
Is it meant to be a source-wide thing? A player-team thing? Something for a specific region? Is it under some kind of Kayfabe embargo and I'm not supposed to ask about it? Or is it something really obvious and I just missed the memo at the time?
