Mtg(maybe legacy) scene in South America (Colombia,Ecuador, Peru,Bolivia, Argentina)

Right now im traveling South America. Taking a break from mtg but would really love to play a little bit. Does anyone know if there some legacy/modern scene in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru or Bolivia? I know just there is probably a scene in argentina. If anybody can help me send me pm. Hope is the correct treath:)
