Dual Land Reprint ? (2018 Europe Legacy Champion)

Caught this in a Magic art facebook page.. does anyone know if that mean Scrubland will actually be reprinted (even if only a "one of" for the actual Tournament champion??)
Wouldn't that be a Reserved List defiance first??

These are usually large oversized prints that don't violate the reserved list (they're essentially trophys). They did this a lot for vintage champs (and I believe legacy champs as well) over the years.

I don’t believe that font is legit. Looks digital to me. And I think I recognize the art. Mock-up is my guess.

It's from the Bazaar of Moxen page (hosts of EU EW), so it's legit. WotC is probably just trying out new things with the font.
