Zombies is what I play in modern and I have a few 1-for-1 suggestions/replacements:
Dread Wanderer is almost always better than Diregraf Ghoul. They're both two power and come into play tapped but Dread Wanderer can come back, and that's the secret sauce that makes a zombie deck good: You're never going to be as fast as other aggro decks but you're going to be persistent. This means shifting to a grindy half-way through the game and winning on the backs of creatures like Plague Belcher and Blasting Station.
