Act on Impulse & Cycling

Simple question because it came up last night in our play group's discussion. I will hold my opinion on the matter.

Can you cycle a card (for example Street Wraith) if it is exiled by Act on Impulse?

No.

Cycle is "Discard from your hand, draw a card".

So you cannot exile Edge of Autumn via AoI to then use it to win with Lab Maniac. (That you cast of an LED).
