Misdirection + Cabal Therapy

If I play Misdirection on Cabal Therapy, who gets to choose the card, me or my opponent? I am changing the target, but am I assuming control of the choice?

Whoever cast the card will choose the name, you're just changing the target, not gaining control of the spell (like Commandeer).
