Displacing an Elk

Hey there folks,

What happens if I activate Eldrazi Displacer's ability targetting an Elk created by Oko, Thief of Crowns in these three cases:

1) If the Elk was a nontoken creature?
2) If the Elk was a nontoken artifact?
3) If the Elk was a token?

If the elk was a permanent card (case 1 or 2) it comes back as the original creature or artifact (Triggering all enters the battlefield effects).
If the elk was a token (case 3), it vanishes for eternity!
