Yorion vs. Stifle

Opponent casts Yorion, Sky Nomad, targeting his Jace, T3f and Palace Jailer, when the ability resolves and goes to EOT, do I need three Stifles to keep them all from coming back? Or do I only need one Stifle? Essentially does Yorion create separate delay triggers for each of the object that is being exiled, or do they all count as one trigger? Any insight into this is much appreciated. Thanks!

It's one ability much like how you don't need 3 stifles to prevent it from happening in the first place.
