Let's Draft EDH: Commander Legends spoilers

First spoilers are out and I wanted you all to just look at Seb McKinnon's art:

A Commander that does nothing but look creepy.

That piper thing is actually one of the creepiest artworks in years, gives me the shivers.

While not related to the product, I wish they would give other artist as much freedom as they give Seb.
Everything else is so scripted and designed that artists are completely interchangeable and individual styles are barely noticeable.
Excluding Foglio fridge drawings many artists in the past were recognizable at first glance of the picture.
Artworks were also more abstract which is what I also like about Seb's.

Meanwhile, can't wait for what ever they metabolized out this time in a commander product which penetrates eternal in previously unknown orifices.
At least these cards are not making arena more miserable like the other EDH cards which were leaking out into standard legal sets because reasons.

Why would you reprint 30 legends, include them in the boosters but not in the set number

I kinda wish they wouldn't fuck so hard with EDH core concepts but I guess that's what "design" is in Magic, right - step 1, break a rule; step 2, keyword the infraction

Having said that I always wanted to be a simpleton and play a 98 card Brothers Yamazaki EDH deck even though those are demonstrably terrible commanders. It would just be a Fieri deck, going to Flavor-town and whatnot, probably just a garbage Godo deck in the end

So this might be a flavor win, or it might just make me sad that I still can't play Brothers Yamazaki

Partner is old tho, and when it came out the first time I was mad the brothers Yamazaki didn't get erata :(

Rejuvinating Springs should be the UR land (like a hotspring)
and Training Center should have been the UG one (Growth bound by the rule of training)
Minor flavor fails like this annoy me.
