Urza's Saga and artifacts without mana costs

Can the new enchantment land Urza's Saga get artifacts such as Lotus Bloom or Great Furnace, or does it have to actually have a mana cost of 0 or 1 printed on it? Thanks for your help.

The latter, if it doesn't have exactly {0} or {1} printed in the top right then it's no good
So Lotus Bloom and Furnace can't be searched and for example Chalice of the Void doesn't work either
