Karn + Lattice, with Urza's Saga

Easy answer I think, but I just wanted to double check. The Karn, the Great Creator + Mycosynth Lattice lock doesn't do anything complicated to Urza's Saga, like Blood Moon does, right? i.e. It gets its lore counters, is sacrificed after the third, can't activate the first and second abilities, but can search the library with its third one. Mostly wanted to check that an opponent's Karn Lattice lock doesn't stop Saga from getting lore counters, and doesn't stop you from searching your library for the artifact. Thanks

I'm pretty sure it should work as you describe. Lattice doesn't remove any types or subtypes, nor add or take away any abilities, it just grants things an additional type. Like you say, you can't activate any of it's abilities, but triggers should work fine.
