How do these cards interact? How does your opponent know that the creatur you'r getting from your library is actually the same one as the face down morph creature?

They don't!
A face down morph has no name and march says to find a creature with the same name so that makes it very hard to find something with the same name.
Depending on your play group and how funny you think it will be, you maybe can find this guy:https://gatherer.wizards.com/pages/card/details.aspx?name=_____ otherwise all magic cards have names and march can't find anything.
