"When Court Hussar comes into play, sacrifice it unless W was spent to play it."

How does this work in conjunction with Ghostway and Parallax Wave? I was playing someone and RFGed my Court Hussar with Parallax Wave, when it came back into play, I looked at the top 3 cards of my library but did not sacrifice it. Since it comes into play without being played, how does this work? I'm guessing I made a play mistake and it should have gone to the graveyard?

It comes into play, triggers and since it does not remember it's old status (asuming you payed W ;-)), it will go to the graveyard, since you never had the chance to pay W.

When an object leaves a zone, any state information about it ceases to exist. Even if it returns to the zone later, it is a completely new object.

217.1c An object that moves from one zone to another is treated as a new object. Effects connected with its previous location will no longer affect it. There are two exceptions to this rule: Effects that edit the characteristics of an artifact, creature, or enchantment spell on the stack will continue to apply to the permanent that spell creates, and abilities that trigger when an object moves from one zone to another (for example, "When Rancor is put into a graveyard from play") can find the object in the zone it moved to when the ability triggered.

Since you did not play it (nor spend W to), you will have to sacrifice it.
