Enchant creature
Enchanted creature has shadow. (It can block or be blocked by only creatures with shadow.)
Prevent all damage that would be dealt by enchanted creature.

When an opponent plays a Hellkite, can I prevent the 5 damage by flashing in the Isolation with the ability on the stack?

Works if you do it like you said, with the triggered ability on the stack. By the time it resolves, it has already the enchantment on it and thus deals no damage.

And the dragon is in play for it to be enchanted, at that point?
