This card is a blue instant discard. I think may be good to discard low mana cost cards, such as high tide, lackey, vial, extirpate, pithing needle, etc.

What do you think?

I think there are better 2 Drops/3 Drops/4 Drops/5 Drops/6 Drops...Ect. The problem with this card is as follows...

A. Most Decks are redundant and the loss of one card should not cripple any deck.

B. It is Mana Intensive, as with Duress or Cabal Therapy you get 1 card for 1 mana, with this card you get 1 card for at least 2 mana, unless you get a 0 caster in hand like Lotus/Ancestral Vision Um, Diamond...

C. Most likely you want to be doing something else when your casting this, if you see a Goblin Lacky on the other side of the table your not gonna want to see this in your hand. Or if you see Solidarity or Gro your gonna think WTF am I playing this F'in card.

D. It doesn't hit land. If this card actually hit land it would be a house, but then being the set where White and Blue got screwed and Red and Green and Black were the only colors to get 'Hot' cards that is not surprising.

Basically this cards sucks and if I saw my opponent playing it I would smile and thank him for the win.

I happen to have a different view on this card, it can be used EOT where Blue decks have extra mana or to secure a win. I understand its not the greatest card but don't just dismiss it without testing it because that would make you well "Ignant".

I agree that it has that use. However, what blue decks have the slots to spare? It looks like a relatively solid 1-of in some wishboards, but there just isnt room in the maindeck.

This card is awesome! It makes Duress virtual jank quickly! Everyone sho... Wait, did I just hear that it is NOT a cantrip? Oops, run it in a Mono Red Battle of Wits deck. Why? Its just that good.

It can be very good in vintage, seeing how this says 'U: target player discards 0 mana artifact.' However, in legacy, it should be just a marginal card. I like it, though.
